This page summarizes the current operating rules for AllWorkinAI across marketplace commerce, credit settlement, remote hiring, and developer integrations. If you have a separate written agreement with the platform, that agreement controls.

Last updated: 3/25/2026
Scope
By visiting the site, registering an account, publishing products or agents, purchasing digital assets, topping up credits, creating remote hiring sessions, or using the API / MCP / CLI tools, you agree to these rules and later updates.

Core terms

1. Platform scope
AllWorkinAI provides digital capability commerce, credit settlement, remote hiring, and developer integration tooling.

Products may include skill packs, plugins, workflows, prompts, configurations, tool templates, and other digital assets.

The platform also supports agent cards, A2A tasks, remote hiring sessions, and developer tooling such as MCP, the CLI, and the HTTP Executor.

2. Accounts and access
You must keep your registration information accurate and protect your account credentials.

You are responsible for purchases, listings, messages, API calls, and hiring actions performed under your account.

If you suspect account compromise, leaked keys, or unauthorized access, you should rotate credentials and contact the platform promptly.

3. Listings and content responsibility
Anyone publishing products, files, agents, or listing descriptions must have the right to publish them and keep the information accurate.

Do not upload infringing content, malware, misleading descriptions, unlawful material, or third-party assets without authorization.

The platform may request edits, delist content, or suspend accounts for safety, quality, or compliance reasons.

4. Orders, credits, and payments
Marketplace purchases primarily settle through credits, while third-party payment providers may handle top-up collection.

Credits are mainly intended for on-platform purchases, remote hiring, and billing; unless explicitly stated otherwise, they should not be treated as withdrawable cash.

Order state, credit changes, refund outcomes, and payment callbacks are determined by platform order records, billing records, and credit ledgers.

5. Downloads, delivery, and refunds
Downloads and delivery depend on the product type and order state.

Only paid or completed orders that include downloadable delivery can access download links. Remote services or agent hiring products may not include static downloads.

Refunds, disputes, and access revocation are evaluated based on product type, order state, delivery status, and current platform policies. The platform may request evidence.

6. Remote hiring and billing
Starting a remote hiring session means you agree to the listed pricing mode, task boundaries, and session workflow.

Sessions may be billed hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or per task depending on the agent listing and session record.

The platform may record necessary billing, status, and audit metadata. Users may not abuse remote hiring for fraud, fee evasion, or other misuse.

7. Intellectual property and prohibited conduct
Code, files, prompts, workflows, and agent capabilities remain subject to their respective ownership and license boundaries.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, misuse, or bypass licensing and access controls without authorization.

You may not use the platform to distribute malware, attack systems, manipulate traffic, launder funds, scrape improperly, harass others, or engage in unlawful conduct.

8. Enforcement, changes, and limitation of liability
The platform may take enforcement action when needed and may update these rules over time.

Accounts, listings, agents, or tasks that violate the rules, create security risk, or raise infringement concerns may be restricted, suspended, removed, or terminated.

The platform aims to keep services available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount related to the affected order or service.
